Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda is reportedly on the radar of Celtic in the summer transfer window.

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers wants to sign Charly Musonda from Chelsea in the summer transfer window, according to The Express.

Musonda has been on the books of Chelsea since 2012, but the 20-year-old attacking midfielder has yet to make an appearance in the Premier League for the Blues.

The Belgium Under-21 international spent the second half of the 2015-16 campaign and the first half of the 2016-17 season on loan at Real Betis.

The youngster made just one start for Betis in La Liga last season, providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.

According to The Express, Celtic are ready to make a £4.5 million move for the talented and promising young Chelsea attacking midfielder.

Celtic have made two signings so far in the summer transfer window. The Glasgow giants have signed Jonny Hayes from Aberdeen and Kundai Benyu following his departure from Ipswich Town.

The Hoops will be aiming to win the Scottish Premiership, the Scottish League Cup and the Scottish Cup next season, as well as progress to the group stage of the Champions League.
