Bournemouth are reportedly closing in on Chelsea’s Charly Musonda.

According to The Scottish Sun, Chelsea playmaker Charly Musonda is set for a loan move to Bournemouth this month despite interest from Celtic.
Musonda, 21, emerged as a top young talent with Anderlecht in his native Belgium before being snapped up by Chelsea back in 2012, with many tipping him for stardom.

Whilst Musonda has been a key part of Chelsea’s youth and reserve teams over the last five-and-a-half years, he has played just six first-team games for the Blues, scoring one goal.
Spending 2016 on loan with Real Betis didn’t do much to help his cause, and it now seems that the signing of Ross Barkley means that Musonda will be allowed to leave on loan again this month.
The Scottish Sun now report that Musonda is set to join Bournemouth on loan until the end of the season, pipping Celtic to his signature this month.

Bournemouth find themselves in relegation trouble in the Premier League, and manager Eddie Howe may see a talent like Musonda as being the spark needed to get his side up the table.
Celtic had hoped to land him over the summer as well, with Brendan Rodgers keen to use his links at Chelsea to secure a deal, but the Bhoys look set to miss out as Musonda finally prepares for regular Premier League football.
