According to the Daily Record, Celtic do not view West Bromwich Albion’s Oliver Burke as a first choice target.

Burke has been heavily linked with a move to Parkhead in recent weeks, after struggling for game time at West Brom this season.

However, Brendan Rodgers reportedly will only move for the Scottish international if Celtic miss out on other targets.

The Bhoys are said to have other attackers in their wishlist, with Burke seen as a plan-b, rather than a first-choice addition.

The news could be a disappointment for Burke, who may have been enthused by the potential of a move to Celtic.

The winger has badly struggled since moving to West Brom, and appears to need to a move to get his career back on track.
