Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic have been linked with goalkeepers Keiren Westwood and Emiliano Martinez among others on January transfer deadline day.

Celtic are on the hunt for a goalkeeper on January transfer deadline day following the recent injury suffered by Craig Gordon.
According to The Daily Record, Celtic are interested in signing Trevor Carson from Motherwell.
The report has also credited Brendan Rodgers’s side with interest in recruiting Emiliano Martinez – on loan at Getafe at the moment – from Arsenal and Scott Bain – currently on loan at Hibernian – from Scottish Premiership rivals Dundee.

According to The Scottish Sun, Celtic could make a loan move for Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Keiren Westwood.
It seems that Celtic are pretty desperate to sign a goalkeeper before the January transfer window slams shut tonight, and they have just been handed a boost in their pursuit.

According to The Daily Record (Transfer live blog, 11:15, Wednesday, January 31, 2018), Celtic have been offered the chance to sign Patrik Carlgren from Konyaspor.
Carlgren is struggling for playing time at Konyaspor in Turkey, and it has been reported that the Hoops have been offered the chance to sign the 26-year-old Sweden international.
Maybe, just maybe, Celtic’s search for a new goalkeeper could be coming to an end…
