Celtic look set to miss out on a move for Ryan Fraser despite offering the Bournemouth winger a chance to become the highest-paid player at Parkhead, according to ReadCeltic.

Any hopes Celtic had of luring a former Aberdeen starlet back to Scotland, however, appear to have gone up in smoke already.
Reports from Glasgow say that the newly-crowned champions offered Fraser, who earns £27,000-a-week at Bournemouth, the chance to become the best-paid player in Neil Lennon’s squad.
But while the chance to make history at a Celtic side just 11 months away from a tenth successive Premiership title would undoubtedly appeal, it seems that Fraser still has unfinished business in the Premier League.
