Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic have been linked with Scott Bain, currently on loan at Hibernian from Dundee.

It has been reported that Celtic have approached Dundee with a view to paying a nominal fee for the former Aberdeen prospect.
Bain joined Neil Lennon’s Hibernian on loan from Scottish Premiership rivals Dundee only in the January transfer window.

With the 26-year-old goalkeeper’s contract running out at the end of the season, the Bhoys have reportedly made a move for the Scotsman.
The Scottish Sun has also claimed that Hibernian would have to be willing to end their loan agreement so that Bain can join the Hoops, and that the Bhoys feel that there will not be a problem in agreeing on a transfer fee with Dundee.

Celtic are claimed to be looking for a goalkeeper as a replacement for the injured Craig Gordon, who will be out of action for at least three months.
The Bhoys are in action against Heart of Midlothian at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership at the moment.
