Premier League clubs Aston Villa, Leicester City, Watford, Burnley and Bournemouth want Olympiakos’ Norway international Omar Elabdellaoui.

Celtic are set to send scouts to watch Omar Elabdellaoui during Norway’s Euro 2020 qualifier on Tuesday night with Aston Villa, Leicester City and Burnley also interested in the highly-rated right-back, according to The Mail.
Elabdellaoui is the captain of Olympiakos these days but his time in Greece appears to be coming to an end with his contract due to expire next summer, meaning he could be available for a cut-price fee in the January transfer window.
The 27-year-old was a target for Celtic over the summer and, despite The Hoops tying up deals for three right backs before the summer came to an end, The Mail claims that he is still in their sights.
Celtic’s scouts will watch Elabdellaoui during a clash between Norway and Romania with the former Manchester City and Hull defender identified as a potential successor for Stoke loanee Moritz Bauer.

Watford, Bournemouth, Burnley and Leicester will also have representatives in Bucharest with the former Feyenoord flyer the object of their affections.
Rumours of Aston Villa’s interest, meanwhile, will raise questions about the future of long-serving Egyptian international Ahmed Elmohamady, who has lost his place to Frederic Guilbert in recent weeks.
