Celtic reportedly want the West Bromwich Albion contract rebel.

Celtic have joined the race for highly-rated West Bromwich Albion gem Rekeem Harper, according to The Daily Mail.
Harper is out of contract at The Hawthorns next month and is refusing to sign an extension, alerting a number of clubs.
The Daily Mail has claimed that Celtic are now one of those clubs and even gave the 19-year-old midfielder a VIP tour of the stadium prior to Sunday’s 2-1 win over Hearts.
The report adds that Neil Lennon personally scouted him in West Brom’s playoff defeat by Aston Villa last week, and that the Hoops’ recently-departed Head of Recruitment Lee Congerton was tracking him before joining up with Brendan Rodgers at Leicester City.
Lennon could have stiff competition in the form of Tottenham Hotspur and Premier League new boys Norwich City, both of whom have been credited with an interest [Express & Star].
The England Under-19 international, who began his career with the Baggies, has propelled himself into the spotlight this calendar year with a series of glittering Championship displays.
Harper, who is 6 foot tall, started 13 league games for Albion last season.
