Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers would like to bring Hull City winger Robert Snodgrass to Glasgow.
According to a report in the Daily Record, Celtic are on alert with Hull City’s Robert Snodgrass potentially available in the January transfer window.
Snodgrass has turned down a new offer to stay with Hull, meaning the 29-year-old’s future at the KC Stadium is in doubt.
The Scottish international only has six months left on his current deal at Hull, although the Yorkshire side do have an opinion to extend that for a further year.
However, with Snodgrass turning down their offer of a new deal, Hull’s bargaining position is weakening.
The Tigers are said to be willing to listen to offers for Snodgrass, as they look to ensure they get some money for the winger.
Celtic are believed to be one of the teams interested in signing Snodgrass, with Brendan Rodgers keen to bring the creator to Parkhead.
Snodgrass is a boyhood Celtic fan, which could make a move to Glasgow an appealing prospect.
Rodgers has already confirmed that Celtic will be active in the January transfer window, as he looks to add further quality to his squad.
