Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers is keen to bring the Tottenham Hotspur talent to Parkhead, but faces competition from two Premier League sides, according to the Irish Sun.

Celtic are in a “three-way tussle” to sign Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Josh Onomah on loan, the Irish Sun reports.
Top flight new boys Brighton & Hove Albion and Huddersfield Town are also said to be keen on Onomah, who starred in England’s Under-20 World Cup success.
It is claimed that Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen to avoid stunting the player’s progress next season, which makes a temporary exit likely.

While Brighton and Huddersfield could offer Onomah regular Premier League action, Celtic’s likely Champions League participation may hold greater appeal for both parties.
And Brendan Rodgers’ development of young players such as Raheem Sterling at Liverpool and Moussa Dembele at Celtic could also stand the Bhoys in good stead.

Parkhead boss Rodgers is keen to re-sign loan winger Patrick Roberts from Manchester City, although Onomah’s recent displays in central midfield suggest Celtic’s interest may not depend on the outcome of their Roberts pursuit.
Tottenham product Onomah has played 32 times for Spurs’ first team, scoring once.
Would Tottenham’s Onomah be a good signing for Celtic?
