Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic reportedly want to sign Manny Perez.

Celtic are in talks over the signing of Manny Perez, according to The Daily Record.
It has been reported that the 19-year-old right-back impressed manager Brendan Rodgers during his recent trial at Celtic.
The American youngster is reported being lined up as a replacement for Mikael Lustig, who is out of contract at the Glasgow in the summer of 2019.
Future star
Perez is only 19 years of age, and it is clear that he is a player for the future for Celtic.
While it will be too much to ask the American to turn on the style and make an immediate impact at Celtic, working with manager Brendan Rodgers can only help the youngster adapt to Scottish football easily.

Lustig has been a success at Celtic since his move back in 2012, but the 32-year-old Sweden international has been struggling for form in recent weeks.
It is time that the Glasgow giants look for a long-time replacement for 32-year-old, and in Perez they do have a player with a lot of potential and promise.
