Jesse Marsch has big connections to Celtic
This isn’t the first time Marsch has been connected to the Celtic job.

Then with Red Bull Salzburg, Marsch publicly stated that the Celtic job was ‘interesting’ to him but he ended up at RB Leipzig instead.
What’s interesting is that Marsch did his UEFA Pro Licence in Scotland – and it was sponsored by Celtic.
Links to Red Bull meant Celtic helped Marsch on his coaching course from 2017 to 2018, as noted by BBC Sport.
Marsch’s daughter even studied in Glasgow, so there are strong connections to Scotland and Celtic.
The Bhoys will have kept tabs on Marsch in recent years and their interest in appointing him isn’t a huge surprise.
