According to The Scottish Sun, Hibernian goalkeeper Ofir Marciano has an offer on the table from Hapoel Be’er Sheva.
It’s claimed that the Israeli club want Marciano to reject Celtic and make a move back home this summer.
Celtic are keen to lure Marciano to Parkhead as they seek to strengthen their goalkeeping options, with Vasilis Barkas proving to be a flop.
Not though, Dudu Dahan has held talks with Be’er Sheva over a two-year deal, and Hapoel are now hopeful of beating Celtic to his signature.
Marciano, 31, is out of contract at Hibernian this summer, and looks nailed on to leave the club on a free transfer.
Heading to Celtic could make some sense if he wants to stay in Scotland, but a return to his homeland may be appealing too.

With more than 100 appearances for Hibs to his name, Marciano has been a star at Hibs, and was ironically signed by Neil Lennon.
Lennon, who recently resigned as Celtic boss, has close ties to Dahan. The agent helped Celtic sign the likes of Hatem Abd Elhamed, Efe Ambrose, Rami Gershon, Nir Bitton, Beram Kayal, Ismaila Soro, Amido Balde and Stefan Scepovic in recent years.
Lennon praised Marciano as world class in 2017, but with the Northern Irishman now gone, Celtic could miss out on signing Marciano.
