Celtic are reportedly keen on defender Harold Moukoudi.

According to The Scottish Sun, Celtic are hoping to swoop in and sign Le Havre defender Harold Moukoudi after recent interest from West Ham United.
The Bhoys have been in wobbly form of late, and their suspect transfer dealings this summer haven’t helped matters, with manager Brendan Rodgers appearing somewhat frustrated.
Loanees Scott Bain and Odsonne Edouard have been signed permanently, with the only other additions coming in the form of veteran left back Emilio Izaguirre and young winger Daniel Arzani.
Rodgers is on the hunt for a centre back ahead of Friday’s transfer deadline, and The Scottish Sun now report that the Bhoys are chasing a £5million move for Le Havre defender Harold Moukoudi.
Moukoudi, 20, has come up through the ranks with Le Havre, much like Benjamin Mendy and Paul Pogba, and could have made a move to the Premier League himself this summer.
The 6ft 3in defender was wanted by West Ham United according to Sky Sports, and whilst a deal was close at that point, the move fell apart – and Celtic are now thought to be keen.

The Bhoys already have two talented young French players in Olivier Ntcham and Moussa Dembele, with Moukoudi potentially seen as the latest to join them at Celtic Park.
Celtic may though be using their interest in Moukoudi to try and tempt Aberdeen into selling Scott McKenna, after failing with one move for the Scotland international just days ago, and Rodgers will surely hope to get one of them in the door this week.
