Sheffield Wednesday chiefs are on the verge of sacking head coach Carlos Carvalhal unless performances improve, reports The Sun on Sunday via the Express.

The Owls’ 3-1 defeat at Norwich City in the Championship at the weekend means it is now five matches without a win for the team under Carvalhal’s management.
