Cardiff City winger Kadeem Harris is set to disappoint a trio of Championship rivals by signing a new contract, according to the Sun.

Harris has established himself as a regular since Neil Warnock’s arrival at the Cardiff City Stadium, rewarding his manager’s faith with four goals and four assists in 27 appearances.

But with his contract due to expire at the end of the campaign Harris is said to have interest elsewhere, with promotion-chasing Fulham the most notable of suitors.

Barnsley and Ipswich Town are credited with an interest in the 23-year-old, but the trio look set to be disappointed according to the Sun.

Harris will reportedly commit his future to Cardiff until 2019, despite the undoubted appeal of a return to his native London with Fulham.

The Cottagers currently occupy the Championship’s final play-off place, but are on a run of form which has convinced many they can go the distance this season.

Preston’s Callum Robinson and Peterborough’s Marcus Maddison have also been linked with moves to Fulham in recent months, suggesting that a new wide man will feature highly on Slavisa Jokanovic’s list of priorities this summer.

Would Harris be a good signing for Fulham/Barnsley/Ipswich Town?
