Glasgow Rangers midfielder Josh Windass is reportedly on Cardiff City’s radar, and the Ibrox club are claimed to want £3m.

It has been reported that Rangers would be looking for least £3m for Windass in the summer transfer window.

Windass is a very good player who did well for Rangers this past season, and it is hard to see Rangers sell him for just £1.5m, especially to Cardiff, who will play in the Premier League during the 2018-19 campaign after winning promotion from the Championship.

For a club in the top flight of English football, a transfer fee of £1.5m is not much, and Rangers will certainly know this and should hold out for more.
The Ibrox club should not be in a hurry to sell the 24-year-old midfielder anytime soon either.

After all, despite his inconsistency, there is no denying that Windass is a very good midfielder, and given that he is only 24 years of age, he can only improve in the coming years, especially working with new Rangers manager and Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard.
