According to a report from Turkish media outlet Fanatik, Cardiff City are interested in signing Besiktas midfielder Tolgay Arslan, and are preparing a €10 million (£8.8 million) bid for the German.

The 27-year-old joined Besiktas from Hamburg in January 2015, and he has since gone on to make 116 appearances in all competitions for the Super Lig outfit.

He is still under contract with the Turkish club until the summer of 2022, but that doesn’t mean that he is unavailable.
