The Newcastle United youngster is said to have impressed on trial at Cardiff City.

Cardiff City are considering offering a contract to departing Newcastle United goalkeeper Paul Woolston, according to the Sun.
Woolston, who will leave Newcastle at the end of his contract this summer, is said to have impressed on trial with the Bluebirds.

And the newspaper claims Cardiff boss Neil Warnock is in pole position to sign the 19-year-old, despite rival interest from clubs in the Championship and Spain.
North Shields native Woolston progressed through the academy system at Newcastle, but finds himself behind Martin Dubravka, Rob Elliot, Karl Darlow, Matz Sels and Freddie Woodman on Tyneside.
Newly-promoted Cardiff have no such problem, however, and could see second choice keeper Brain Murphy depart on a free next month.
Woolston, who has played for England at under-17 and under-18 levels, has some experience of men’s football – albeit with non league sides Darlington, Blyth Spartans and South Shields.
