Free agent Jordan D’Ambrosio is reportedly a target for Premier League duo Cardiff and Southampton and La Liga pair Sevilla and Barcelona.

Cardiff City and Southampton are entering a transfer tussle with none other than Barcelona, according to French publication Foot Mercato.
The highly-rated Jordan D’Ambrosio is currently without a club after rejecting a contract with Sochaux recently, meaning the striker has sparked interest from a number of teams from all over the continent.
Foot Mercato believe that Premier League relegation battlers Cardiff City and Southampton are both interested in D’Ambrosio and have launched enquiries to find out whether he’d be keen on a move to South Wales or St Mary’s.
The Bluebirds and The Saints have struggled for goals all season but the young forward would likely be one for the future rather than someone capable of challenging for a place in the starting XI between now and May.

The report adds, however, that Barcelona are also sniffing around having already snapped up one talented young Frenchman this month – the Toulouse defender Jean-Clair Todibo.
Sevilla are also interested in D’Ambrosio, who was close to signing for PSG last summer. Foot Mercato adds that the club who wins the race will have to pay around £250,000 compensation to Sochaux.
