Liverpool are reportedly keen on signing the Chelsea ace.
According to a report from German publication Kicker, Liverpool have begun talks with Chelsea ace Callum Hudson-Odoi’s agent regarding a potential summer swoop for the winger.
The 18-year-old’s current deal with the Blues expires in the summer of 2020, but the west London outfit are desperate to keep hold of him, and are prepared to offer the England international £100,000 per week in an effort to convince him to stay at Stamford Bridge, according to the London Evening Standard.
Hudson-Odoi has firmly established himself as one of the most exciting up and coming players in the Premier League this season, with six goals and six assists to his name in 24 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea.
And German publication Kicker claims that Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp is a big fan of the pacey winger.
In fact they even go on to suggest that the Merseyside outfit have already held talks with the Chelsea ace’s agent.
The west Londoners will obviously be fiercely resistant to losing Hudson-Odoi, but if Liverpool can somehow manage to sign him, it really would be a sensational piece of business for them, regardless of how much it costs.
