Burnley are said to have bid half that amount for the Hull City midfielder.
Burnley have been quoted £20 million for Hull City midfielder Sam Clucas, according to The Sun.
The Clarets have so far bid half that amount for Clucas, who will reportedly consider his future over the next few days.

And it remains to be seen whether or not Burnley will pursue their interest in the Hull man, with other areas in need of strengthening.
Sean Dyche’s side have yet to replace either of Michael Keane or Andre Gray since the centre-back and striker’s big-money moves to Everton and Watford respectively this summer.
And they have already had offers turned down for two potential Gray replacements, Chris Wood of Leeds United and Florin Andone of Deportivo La Coruna.

Hull, meanwhile, have recouped around £20 million through player sales this summer (Transfermarkt) and are said to have had a £10 million bid knocked back for Cardiff City striker Kenneth Zohore, suggesting they have little need to part with Clucas.
