Derby County’s Jayden Bogle has been superb this season, and Burnley are reportedly considering a move for the youngster.

Bogle went into the campaign awaiting his senior debut. But Frank Lampard handed him his chance and he has taken full advantage, going on to make 22 appearances at right-back for the promotion-chasers.
But perhaps he may be offered the chance to move up to the Premier League this month. The Sun on Sunday (14/1; page 59) reports that Burnley are monitoring the 18-year-old and are weighing up whether to make a ‘major offer’ for the teenager.
The report adds that Derby would want £8 million for Bogle, but Burnley are excited by his potential and would seemingly deem him to be worth the outlay.

It would be a surprise if the Rams had any interest in selling Bogle this month. £8 million may appear a large fee for a player who only made his first-team bow this term, but he clearly has the potential to be worth significantly more in the coming years.
And with Derby right in the midst of the congested promotion race in the second tier, there seems no way that Lampard would be content about the idea of losing one of his brightest prospects at this stage of the season.
