The Derby County striker reportedly looks set to join Burnley.

Matej Vydra looks set to join Burnley from Derby County, according to the Daily Mirror’s live blog (Monday 6th August, 18:51).
Vydra appeared to be Leeds United bound earlier in the summer, but the Whites turned instead to Patrick Bamford – the ex-Burnley striker.
And it is now claimed the Clarets are close to concluding a deal for the Czech Republic international, who scored the most goals of any Championship player last season (22).
The Daily Mirror report fails to mention a transfer fee, although Leeds are said to have had an offer worth around £11 million accepted by Derby.

Incidentally, Vydra could team up with the former Elland Road strikers, Chris Wood (above, left) and Sam Vokes (above, second from right), at Burnley.
And arrival would take the Clarets’ tally of senior forward players to six, with Ashley Barnes, Nahki Wells and Jonathan Walters also on the books at Turf Moor.

Derby already have a replacement lined up in the shape of Ipswich Town’s Martyn Waghorn, according to Sky Sports.
Is the Derby forward a good addition for Burnley?
