The Chelsea youngster is currently on loan with Bristol City.

According to a report from the Sun, Kasey Palmer is set to join Bristol City from Chelsea on a permanent deal thought to be worth £4 million in the summer.
The 22-year-old joined the Robins on loan from the west London outfit last month, and he has made seven appearances for Lee Johnson’s men, scoring one goal in the process.
Palmer has really impressed for Bristol City, and a permanent move to Ashton Gate might be just what he needs in order to take the next step in his career, having spent five separate loan spells away from Chelsea.

The attacking midfielder is a real talent, and if he can improve upon his end product in the final third, the west country outfit could have a seriously good player on their hands.
The Sun claims that Palmer has already done enough to convince Lee Johnson to make his move to Bristol City a permanent one in the summer, and Chelsea are prepared to sanction his exit from Stamford Bridge, in spite on their two-year transfer ban.
