Brighton look set to beat Huddersfield to Chelsea youngster Izzy Brown.
Brown impressed on loan at fellow newly promoted side Huddersfield Town in the second half of last campaign, helping them to the Premier League via the playoffs with five goals in 21 appearances.

Yet despite the Terriers showing interest in re-signing the 20-year-old, Brighton have beaten them to his signature and they are hoping to announce it officially over the next 24 hours.
Brown is an attack-minded player, who played the majority of his matches for Huddersfield last term just behind the striker, but can also operate on either wing.
The Blues youngster will become Seagulls manager Chris Hughton’s fifth summer signing as he prepares the club for their first season in the top flight since 1983.
The South Coast outfit have also secured goalkeeper Mat Ryan, left-back Markus Suttner and central midfielders Pascal Gross and Mathias Normann.
