Brentford playmaker Jota is wanted by Premier League clubs this summer.
According to Get West London, Brentford playmaker Jota has been planning to move his family over to London – and that could just play into West Ham’s hands.
Jota, 26, joined Brentford from Celta Vigo in 2014, and after 11 goals in 51 games, he headed back to Spain in January 2016, joining Eibar on loan for a year.

With just 20 appearances for the La Liga club, Jota returned to Brentford in January of this year, and he enjoyed a remarkable return to the Championship, with 12 goals and five assists in 21 appearances.
Unsurprisingly, Jota is now attracting major interest, and Get West London note that Everton, Newcastle United and West Ham United are all interested in signing the Spaniard this summer, but Brentford won’t sell easily.
The report suggests that Jota is settled in London, and had been intending to move his family over to the capital this summer – which could be ideal for West Ham.
West Ham can offer Jota the chance to stay in London whilst providing him Premier League football, which could be appealing to a playmaker often compared to Manchester City’s David Silva.

With question marks over the futures of Robert Snodgrass and Sofiane Feghouli, West Ham may well be looking for more creativity in wide areas this summer, and Jota certainly fits the bill for Slaven Bilic’s men.
Jota’s intention to stay in London leaves Everton and Newcastle at something of a disadvantage compared to West Ham, and the Hammers must attempt to benefit by firming up their interest in the attacking midfielder.
