Celtic are facing interest from Villarreal in the striker, and they value him at around £500,000.

Dembele’s future has been heavily speculated about in recent times, but Rodgers is keen to retain the striker.
Whether he will be able to do so remains to be seen, as interest in mounting in the French youth international.

Villarreal are said to be interested in snapping up Dembele, and the Express claim he could be sold by Celtic if their asking price is met.
Celtic are thought to be asking for around £15 million for the 21-year-old, if they are to offload him.
Dembele has played an important role at Celtic this season, although he hasn’t scored quite as prolifically as during his first campaign.

The youngster, who signed from Fulham for £500,000, has netted 15 times in all competitions this year, to build on his first campaign with the Bhoys, when he scored 32 times.
If Celtic do offload Dembele, it could be that Leigh Griffiths is made Rodgers’ first choice central striker again.
