Celtic’s Kieran Tierney is reportedly wanted by Brendan Rodgers at Leicester City.

According to The Scottish Sun, Brendan Rodgers wants to raid Celtic for left back Kieran Tierney – if Leicester City lose Ben Chilwell this summer.
Rodgers surprisingly left Celtic for Leicester on Tuesday, being appointed as the replacement for Claude Puel in the King Power Stadium dugout.
The Northern Irishman had at least been expected to remain with Celtic until the end of the season to pursue a third straight title and potential domestic treble.
Instead though, Rodgers has moved on immediately in order to become Leicester manager, and he’s allegedly eyeing up one Celtic player for a summer move already.
The Scottish Sun report that Rodgers is eyeing up a Leicester reunion with Celtic left back Tierney, having made him a key part of his Bhoys side.
The 21-year-old has become one of the top young left backs in Europe, and having developed perfectly under Rodgers, it’s no great surprise that a reunion is wanted.

However, it would only be targeted on one condition, and that’s if Leicester’s star left back Chilwell moves on to Manchester City this summer.
Having both would make no sense to Leicester, but with City wanting Chilwell, a £25million move for Tierney could be perfect for the Foxes – if Celtic are willing to deal with Rodgers after his shock exit.
