Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers and former Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner are reportedly on Newcastle United’s list.

The report has also claimed that former Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner is also among the leading contenders for the Newcastle managerial role.
Benitez, who is hugely popular among the St. James’ Park faithful, is out of contract at the Magpies at the end of the season and has yet to sign a new deal.
Newcastle are reportedly planning for life after the Spaniard should the former Liverpool manager decide to leave, with Celtic boss Rodgers and ex-Huddersfield manager Wagner claimed to be on their radar.

Good replacements for Rafael Benitez at Newcastle United?
Wagner, who is without a managerial role at the moment, worked miracles at Huddersfield, while Rodgers is achieving great success at Celtic and has been successful in the Premier League.
Both Rodgers and Wagner have strong reputations, and they would be good replacements for Benitez at Newcastle should the Spaniard leave in the summer of 2019.
