The Chelsea midfielder could return to his native south coast with Bournemouth after impressing at Derby County.

Bournemouth are set to target Mason Mount when the Chelsea midfielder’s Derby County loan deal expires, according to The Sun.
Mount has scored or assisted six goals in 26 Championship games for Derby this season, but has missed the last two months through injury.
In that time, Frank Lampard’s side have fallen out of the top six and, according to The Sun, it is expected the 20-year-old will step up to the Premier League next season – with or without the Rams.
And the newspaper claims Bournemouth – who have taken on a number of Football League talents, notably Josh King, Lewis Cook and David Brooks, in recent years – will lead the race to land Mount on loan.

It adds that Mount will continue to look for regular first-team football – and Chelsea could be in a position to offer it should the club’s transfer embargo remain in place.
The England Under-21 international was born around an hour’s drive from Bournemouth in Portsmouth.
