The South American duo could be bound for Bournemouth this summer.

Bournemouth are making a £32 million bid for Levante midfielder Jefferson Lerma, according to the Sun.
The newspaper claims the Cherries are ‘set to sign’ the Colombian after ‘weeks of haggling’ with the Spanish side.
And it adds they could ‘follow that up with a £25 million swoop’ for Genoa left-sider Diego Laxalt, meeting the Italian side’s valuation.
Both Lerma and Laxalt – the Uruguay international for whom Eddie Howe’s team are said to be ‘heading the chase’ – caught the eye at this summer’s World Cup.

And bringing either player to Dean Court would be seen as a major coup for Bournemouth, who played top flight football for the first time ever as recently as 2015.
Bournemouth, who have already paid £11.5 million for Sheffield United forward David Brooks, ‘have been eager to spend big this window’, according to the Sun.

And pulling off either of the above deals would see the Cherries comfortably surpass their previous record outlay – around £20 million for Nathan Ake.
Would Lerma and Laxalt be good additions for Bournemouth?
