Tottenham face competition from Borussia Dortmund for Celta Vigo attacker.

Borussia Dortmund have entered the race to sign Celta Vigo striker Maxi Gomez, report AS.
Gomez was last month linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur, and told Diario AS “it would be good to go to the Premier (League).”
21-year-old striker Gomez has impressed this season, scoring 13 goals in 29 games for Celta Vigo.

The Uruguayan reportedly has a release clause of 50 million Euros (£44m), despite being one of the Spanish team’s most lowly paid players.
Gomez is hoping his performances this season will earn him a World Cup spot, and if he does perform there, then interest in him will rise.
The striker has been booked 10 times this season, and his committed style is one which will intrigue Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.
The problem Spurs face is convincing him to play second fiddle to Harry Kane, and a greater shot of playing regularly could help Dortmund win the battle for his signature.
