Anderlecht may be forced to raise around £15 million in player sales next summer, La Capitale reports in a potential boost to Rangers, Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur.
After finishing a distant eighth in the Jupiler League table last term, Vincent Kompany’s second season in charge of the Belgian giants is at risk of petering out in similarly underwhelming fashion.
RSCA are currently fifth in the table, winning just 11 of their 30 games while falling 24 points behind the runaway leaders Club Brugge.
And, according to reports, Anderlecht could have no choice but to cash in the most exciting young talent in Kompany’s squad if, heaven forbid, they fail to secure a European place for a second successive season.
Les Mauves et Blancs may be under pressure to bring in an extra £15 million in the off-season. And that will play right into the hands of the likes of Rangers, Spurs and Southampton.
Selling Francis Amuzu, the Belgian U21 speed-machine, would go some way to balancing the books.

Amuzu is valued at around £7 million with Rangers keeping a very close eye on a jet-heeled winger they tried and failed to sign last summer too (Voetbal 24). The youngster is also a target for Serie A leaders Inter Milan.
Highly-rated centre-back Marco Kana is a target for Southampton (Calciomercato) while Paul Mukairu has admirers at Tottenham.
The Mirror (21 February, page 67) reports that Spurs are confident of winning the race for the £4 million-rated forward.
Mukairu is on loan from Antalyaspor but Anderlecht could take up the option-to-buy clause in his contract before selling the 21-year-old Nigerian on for a quick profit.
