The Leeds United man is linked with a move to Italy.

Italian side Bologna could turn to Leeds United’s Marco Silvestri this summer if their first-choice goalkeeper leaves, according to TuttoBolognaWeb.
The 26-year-old, who managed 88 Championship games in his first two seasons at Elland Road, was displaced as Leeds’ number one last season by Robert Green, who was signed by now-departed manager Garry Monk back in July.

Silvestri was limited to only six games last term and none of them came in the Championship, where Green managed to start all 46 matches.
Juventus and Roma are said to be interested in Bologna stopper Antoino Mirante and, according to TuttoBolognaWeb, the Serie A club might replace him with the Whites man if he ends up quitting the Rossoblu.

Leeds are now without a manager following Monk’s sudden resignation in May, so Silvestri would be wise to wait until a successor is appointed before deciding his future.
He is a talented goalkeeper and he has age on his side in his bid to displace the 37-year-old Green. Plus, Monk’s replacement might prefer him.
Silvestri, who has one cap for Italy Under-21, joined United in 2014 and has previously had loan spells with Reggiana, Padova and Cagliari.
