Everton have been forced to rethink their plans for the January transfer window.

According to the Liverpool Echo, Everton manager Ronald Koeman has been forced to reconsider his plans for the January transfer window after the injury to Yannick Bolasie.

The Congolese winger was ruled out for the rest of the season on Monday after picking up ligament damage in the draw with Manchester United on Sunday.

It is a big blow for the Blues, with Bolasie having been a key player since his arrival from Crystal Palace in the summer transfer window.

He will sorely missed and the Liverpool Echo reports that losing him has forced the Blues to reconsider their plans for the January transfer window.

And it seems the loss of Bolasie will mean he could have added another target to his list, with the Echo reporting that he will consider adding another winger to his transfer list.

The Dutchman already wants to sign Memphis Depay from Manchester United but he may now request a second winger be brought in after losing Bolasie to injury.
