Tottenham Hotspur are reported to be close to agreeing a move for Boca Juniors ace Wilmar Barrios.
Argentinian radio station Crack Deportivo reported over the weekend Tottenham are nearing a £20 million move for Barrios.
Now further reports have added further weight to claims Barrios will leave in January.
Argentine outlet Antenna 2 claim Boca Juniors have identified a replacement for Barrios already.
It is claimed Boca are planning a swoop for Nacional midfielder Jorman Campuzano.
Campuzano shares the same agent as Barrios and it is believed wheels are in motion for Boca to move for him as a replacement for the Colombian international.
Barrios impressed at the World Cup in Russia and he was linked to Tottenham during the tournament.
He chose to stay with Boca until the end of this year so he could continue their Copa Libertadores campaign. They are currently in the semi-finals.
