Queens Park Rangers recently parted company with Steve McClaren.

QPR are on the hunt for a new manager following the departure of Steve McClaren earlier this month.
Rangers are 18th in the Championship table at the moment with 45 points from 41 matches, just six points above the relegation zone.
West London Sport has claimed that Davies has expressed his interest in becoming the new QPR manager.

Shock contender
Davies has managed in the Championship before, but the 54-year-old former Rangers midfielder has not had a managerial role since 2014.
The Scotsman guided Forest to successive Championship playoffs in his first spell at the City Ground, and the former Derby boss did not have a good time during his second managerial spell at the Reds.
Having not managed a football club since 2014, Davies would be a strange and shock appointment for QPR, despite the fact that Rangers will probably have to stay in the Championship for two seasons at least.
