West Ham United are reportedly interested in Wales manager Chris Coleman.

According to the Daily Star, West Ham United are keeping tabs on Chris Coleman’s situation with Wales as speculation continues to surround Slaven Bilic’s future at the London Stadium.
The Hammers beat Swansea City 1-0 at the London Stadium on Saturday afternoon thanks to Diafra Sakho’s last-gasp winning goal – but that won’t lift the rumours surrounding Slaven Bilic.
Manager Bilic oversaw four defeats in the first six games of the Premier League season, and whilst Saturday’s win takes the Hammers up into 15th place in the table, the Croatian is still under huge pressure.

The Daily Star now report that West Ham are considering potential replacements if they do eventually choose to move on from Bilic, and a shock name in the frame could be Chris Coleman.
Coleman, 47, has worked wonders with the Welsh national team since taking the job in 2012, guiding his country to the semi-finals of the European Championships in France last year.
Coleman’s deal allegedly expires after Wales’ 2018 World Cup campaign ends, whether that is in qualification or at the tournament in Russia next summer – meaning he could be available before the end of the year.

West Ham are now believed to be tracking his situation, making him a potential target alongside the much more illustrious Carlo Ancelotti, should David Gold and David Sullivan make a change.
Coleman’s club career is far from impressive, after inauspicious spells in charge of Fulham, Real Sociedad and Coventry City, with no club management under his belt since leaving Larissa in January 2012.
That may make Coleman a less-than-popular target for the club among West Ham fans, but his work with Wales has certainly rebuilt his reputation, seemingly attracting the interest of Gold and Sullivan.
