Both Tottenham and Barcelona have been strongly linked with Flick, who is leaving Bayern Munich this summer.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is looking for a permanent successor to Jose Mourinho, who was sacked in April.
Meanwhile, Barcelona president Joan Laporta is reportedly considering sacking Ronald Koeman.
Flick – who has won as many as eight trophies as a manager/coach, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk – is on the wishlist of Tottenham chairman Levy, according to The Telegraph, as covered by HITC Sport.
RAC1 reported this month that Flick is Barcelona’s number one choice, as covered by HITC Sport.
However, it seems that the 56-year-old will ignore both Barcelona and Tottenham.
It has been reported by BILD this morning that Flick is at the DFB headquarters and will sign a contract to take over the Germany national football team at the end of the Euro 2020 finals this summer.
The report in the German publication has claimed that an announcement will be made imminently.
Flick will replace Joachim Low, who will leave his role as the Germany head coach after the European Championship this summer, as reported by Sky Sports.
