Watford’s Stefano Okaka was linked with a move to Fulham last month but now appears to be in demand in Europe.

Besiktas have made contact over a move for Watford forward Stefano Okaka, with AS Monaco also interested, according to gianlucadimarzio.com.
Okaka was linked with a move to Fulham earlier this month by Tuttomercatoweb – the player was once on loan there and also played under new boss Claudio Ranieri at AS Roma.
But reports now suggest he will be moving outside of the Premier League.
The Italian has long struggled to hold a place down in the Hornets team but it seems like two big European clubs are happy to give a chance to Okaka.
Besiktas have built a reputation as a place for once highly regarded, struggling players to rebuild – Ricardo Quaresma, Ryan Babel, and Adem Ljajic are all finding success in black and white now after not quite living up to their potential elsewhere.

Monaco are at the other end of the scale, however; struggling badly this season, the principality will be looking to rebuild as quickly as possible and could offer Okaka more of a starring role than he has at Watford.
It’s clear that both would be a step up for the forward and his time at Vicarage is surely coming to an end this January.
