The Bayer Leverkusen goalkeeper is a reported transfer target for Arsenal and Napoli.

According to German media outlet Kicker, Bayer Leverkusen stopper Bernd Leno has rejected the chance to join Napoli next season, and is instead holding out for a move to Arsenal.
The 26-year-old began his career with Leverkusen as a fresh-faced 19-year-old way back in 2011, and he has since gone on to establish himself as one of the continent’s finest goalkeepers.

According to Kicker, Leno could be picked up for an absolute bargain this summer, due to the fact that he has a €25 million (£21.9 million) release clause inserted into his current contract with the Bundesliga club.
Kicker suggest that Serie A giants Napoli met said release clause, but the Germany international rejected a move to Italy in the hope that he can join the Gunners.

Leno is a top class goalkeeper, and with Petr Cech on the decline, the addition of someone with the German’s quality will be an absolute must for Unai Emery this summer.
The Leverkusen ace is a wonderful shot-stopper, and commands his penalty area with authority. Leno would be an excellent signing for the Gunners, and for just £21.9 million, he would be an absolute steal.
