The Bournemouth striker’s Wolverhampton Wanderers loan spell is due to expire after Sunday’s season finale.

Bournemouth’s Benik Afobe is ‘sweating’ over his future at Wolverhampton Wanderers, according to the Daily Mirror (live blog entry, 14:11).
Afobe has scored six goals in 15 games since his return to Wolves on loan in January, helping his temporary employers to the Championship title.
The report claims the two clubs pre-agreed an £11.5 million permanent deal for the striker, but adds that he is yet to learn whether or not Wolves intend to press ahead with the move, which he is keen to see happen.

Wolves are said to have lofty ambitions ahead of their Premier League return, with top flight stars Jack Butland, Joe Allen and Jack Wilshere – a close friend of Afobe – all linked with Molineux moves in recent weeks.
And it is possible that Nuno Espiroto Santo’s side could have bigger fish to fry than Afobe, who has only scored 10 goals in 63 Premier League appearances for Bournemouth – although many of those have arrived from the substitutes’ bench.
That said, Wolves are not exactly well stocked for out-and-out centre forwards, with their other senior option, Leo Bonatini, also on loan.
Should Wolves sign the Bournemouth striker permanently this summer?
