Everton coach Marco Silva is reportedly desperate to bring Benfica’s Andrija Zivkovic to the Premier League this summer.

Benfica have told Everton that Andrija Zivkovic can be bought this summer, according to CM Jornal, but not for a penny less than £31 million.
The 22-year-old Serbian international might have started just six games as Benfica wrestled the Primeira Liga title back from rivals FC Porto in 2018/19 but that has not stopped speculation suggesting that he could be Farhad Moshiri’s latest big-money addition at Goodison Park.
CM Jornal claims that Everton coach Marco Silva is a big fan of Zivkovic and recently contacted Benfica to ask about his availability.
And The Eagles have apparently decided that now is the time to cash in on one of their highest earners (Zivkovic currently picks up around £44,000 a week) for much lower than his £53 million release clause.

The report adds that Zivkovic, an attacking midfielder who can play on the flanks, would be happy to leave the Estadio da Luz for a club where he would start more regularly. However, that is far from guaranteed in an Everton side already containing the creative talents of Gylfi Sigurdsson, Bernard and Richarlison, not to mention Theo Walcott and Ademola Lookman.
A Bola claimed when Everton were first linked back in December that Zivkovic was interested in a move to Merseyside.
