According to a report in the Express and Star, Ben Marshall is now almost certain to leave Wolverhampton Wanderers this month.

Marshall has been tipped to leave Molineux in the coming weeks, and the Express and Star now claim that the winger’s departure is almost inevitable.

Marshall is a proven performer at Championship level, but he has been unable to break into Wolves’ team this term.

The 26-year-old has played just six times in the league for Nuno’s side this campaign, and his future now lies elsewhere.

Wolves are yet to accept a bid for Marshall, but he is expected to depart in the near future.

Marshall has not even been in Wolves’ last 12 match day squads, so Nuno’s men will feel confident of coping without him.

Marshall is unlikely to have a shortage of suitors, now he is available, as his previous form has proven that he can be a real weapon at this level.

Wolves are currently leading the way in the Championship, and Nuno must have one eye on making sure his squad is ready to compete in the Premier League with his transfer dealings this month.
