According to Le10 Sport, Bayern Munich could now swoop in and sign Paris Saint-Germain talent Adil Aouchiche amid links to Arsenal.
Aouchiche, 17, is out of contract this summer. It currently looks like he will leave PSG when his deal ends, despite him being considered as one of their top prospects.
A number of clubs have been linked, but it’s now stated that Bayern Munich are making a ‘strong attempt’ to lure him to Germany.
The playmaker seemingly wants a pathway to first-team football, and some will wonder whether he will actually get that by leaving PSG for another super-club like Bayern.
Arsenal want Aouchiche too according to ESPN, but lightning could strike twice for the Gunners as Bayern again plot to sign one of their targets.
Last week, Le10 Sport claimed that Arsenal had offered a deal to PSG defender Tanguy Kouassi ahead of his contract expiring – and then Bayern nipped in and won the race.

This situation has a striking resemblance. A PSG talent whose contract is expiring, and whilst Arsenal want him, they end up losing out to Bayern.
Mikel Arteta will hope this isn’t the case and that Arsenal can get a deal done, but the German giants are once again posing a threat to the Gunners’ plans.
