Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are reportedly keen on signing the Barcelona ace.

According to a report from Italian media outlet Calcio Mercato, Barcelona have named their price for Andre Gomes, and it is good news for West Ham and Tottenham.
A report from talkSPORT earlier this year claimed that Spurs and the Hammers were closely monitoring the Portuguese’s situation at the Camp Nou, with a view to making a summer offer for his services.
Calcio Mercato now claim that either London clubs can secure themselves what has to be classed as a bargain in today’s ludicrously inflated transfer market.

The Italian publication reports that Barca value Gomes somewhere between €25-30 million (£21.8-26.1 million).
The 24-year-old joined the Catalan giants from Valencia in the summer of 2016, for a fee that could eventually rise to £48 million, but he has struggled to establish himself at the Camp Nou.
Gomes still has so much to offer, though, and if given a regular run of games, he could prove to be a real asset for either West Ham or Tottenham.

Spurs would obviously be the more attractive prospect for the Portugal international, but his chances of more regular first-team action would be far greater with he Hammers.
Mauricio Pochettino’s midfield options are so strong that it is questionable as to whether Tottenham actually need the Barca ace, whereas West Ham’s need for another top quality central midfielder is obvious to see.
With he summer transfer window just a couple of months away from opening, this will certainly be one for fans of the two London rivals to keep a very close eye on.
