Rabiot has been linked heavily with both Barca and Spurs of late.

French outlet Le Parisien have claimed that Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot has finally ended speculation over his future by agreeing a move to Barcelona, ignoring Tottenham Hotspur’s advances.
The 23-year-old has long been linked with a move to north London as well as Barcelona, as he rejected PSG’s advances to put pen to paper on a new deal with the French champions.
Le Parisien reported last month that Spurs had received a big boost in their pursuit of the France international, claiming that PSG would only be willing to do business with either Spurs or Juventus – ruling out Barcelona.
But is seems that story was unfounded, as they have now reported that the colossal midfielder has agreed terms with Ernesto Valverde’s side. It remains to be seen where he will fit in, with Sergio Busquets occupying the holding role.

Sprurs have been after a central midfielder for quite some time, as Mousa Dembele’s future at Spurs remains in doubt. The Belgian is also set to see his contract expire, and is currently injured.
Rabiot has long been reportedly eyed as the man to replace him, but now Spurs will have to look elsewhere as it seems Rabiot is off to Spain to join La Liga champions Barcelona.
