The Barcelona midfielder is reportedly keen on joining Arsenal.

According to a report from Spanish media outlet AS, Barcelona could be prepared to sell Denis Suarez in January, and Arsenal is the preferred destination of the Spanish midfielder.
The 24-year-old joined Barcelona in the summer of 2013, before leaving the Camp Nou for Villarreal in 2015.
He then returned to Barca in the summer of 2016, but he has found his game-time limited with the Catalan giants, making just 16 La Liga starts since then.
Spanish publication AS claims that Ernesto Valverde is open to selling Suarez in January, and the midfielder’s preferred destination is Arsenal.

It is unclear whether the Gunners actually want to sign the Spaniard, however, although it might be hard for them to pass up on the opportunity of signing a player with such undoubted quality.
Suarez is most comfortable when playing in central midfield, but he can play anywhere along the middle of the park, and at the very least, he would provide Arsenal with real strength in depth in the engine room.
