Newcastle United striker Ayoze Perez has two years left on his current deal at St. James’ Park.

Perez currently has just two years remaining on his deal at Newcastle, and he is considering leaving St. James’ Park.
The Spaniard had arguably his best season at Newcastle last term, when his form towards the back end of the campaign attracted attention.
Perez is now being linked with a whole host of clubs, but wants to hear what Newcastle will offer him to stay.
The striker, who is said to be valued at around £15 million, is believed to be expecting contract talks to start soon.
If Perez is not presented with a new deal in the imminent future he may look to push for an exit, according to the report.

If Perez did leave it would be a further blow to Newcastle, as he is the main goalscorer left in their squad.
With Salomon Rondon no longer at St. James’ Park, much of the goalscoring burden is set to be placed on Perez’s shoulders for the upcoming season.
Perez is one of Newcastle’s most talented players and if he does leave he will be very tough to replace.
